The MI-DI™ limited warranty is valid only to the dealer and original consumer, from the date of delivery, for a period of one year against all material and workmanship defects, when product is used under normal conditions. For defects such as scratches, notches, crushed corners, lack of paint on furniture as well as damaged or stained cushions, the dealer has 7 days from the date the furniture is delivered to its business to submit a claim. After this time period, any claim will be refused. Naturally, this warranty does not apply in cases of fire, accidents, negligence, misuse, inadequate cleaning or use in a commercial establishment.
